I really enjoyed reading Aru Shah and the End of Time. I love how the plot is focused around Hindu Mythology, and the Mahabharat in Hindu Culture. Being a fan of reading Hindu myths already, it seemed that this book was a perfect read, considering its similarities to the Percy Jackson Series. This book being part of the Riordan Presents series definitely gave me high expectations, and Aru Shah did not disappoint. I love how the book started off by portraying Aru as a very normal kid, and then it jumps right into the action of the plot with the Sleeper. I really loved how through the series Aru finds her reincarnated sisters, and it makes you look forward to a new character in each book. Aru is just such a relatable character who adds so much to the plot, there is a lot of humor, plot twists and great dialogue in this book. The story starts with Aru accidentally lighting a cursed lamp, and she needs to go on a quest to fix it, and along the way she discovers many things about her past. I would definitely recommend this book to fans of Percy Jackson or Harry Potter. This is a really quick and great read. I would definitely recommend this to friends.
