Express Pick Up

Want to pick up your holds quickly with low contact?  Book an Express Pick Up appointment at any library location.

 Things to know:

• Wait until you get notification that your requested items are available before you book an appointment
• Schedule your appointment before the hold expiry date, which is 7 days after your notification
• Schedule your appointment at the location where your holds are ready
• Holds that are not picked up during scheduled appointments will be checked in and moved on to the next person in the queue
• If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please email or call 705-728-1010

 
When you arrive:

• When picking up Downtown, ring the doorbell beside the pickup window on Owen Street 
• We will have your items checked out and ready for low contact pick-up
• Have your library card or ID to confirm your identity
