Luke McKee
Manager, Downtown and Virtual Services
Luke oversees customer experiences relating to public spaces at the Downtown Library, programming and outreach, and Virtual Services. Virtual Services includes email, chat, phone and digital interactions within the Barrie and Oro-Medonte communities. Duties include staff management, health and safety, and ensuring strategic directions for Downtown and Virtual Services are met.
