February is Black History Month

The Barrie Public Library is seeking student volunteers (ages 14+) to assist with children’s programs during March Break 2025. Interested students must attend a Student Volunteer Info Session. 

A new chapter is beginning for the Barrie Public Library, with plans to develop a new branch in the city of Barrie. Barrie City Council approved funding for the library to plan a new branch in the northwest area of the city. 

When the winter chill sets in, there’s nothing better than staying cozy indoors. Luckily, the Barrie Public Library offers plenty of services you can access from the comfort of your home.
