Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse

Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse is an animated film directed by Kemp Powers, Justin K. Thompson, and Joaquim Dos Santos. This is the second movie in the Spiderman animated franchise. It starts with our main character Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) who is also secretly Spiderman, encountering a minor villain called "The Spot" At first he is too busy with his dad's party he has to attend fighting The Spot wasn't his main concern. After a little while he meets someone who he hasn't seen in a while, Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld). But, unfortunately for him didn't stay for very long because she had a mission. Miles, making the impulsive decision, decides to follow her only to be in a different world with all the other Spider-men. I would personally give this movie 5 out of 5 stars. I'm not a huge fan of the other Spiderman movies with Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, or Tobey McGuire. But, this movie just hits a soft spot. It has great comedic moments but also lots of serious moments. And the animation is incredible, so out of this world. For every individual character, they had a different animation style that highlighted their personality. I would recommend this movie for kids over the age of 10 because kids younger would have a difficult time understanding the slang and the funny moments which would be better understood by Gen Z
