Finding a job can be difficult, especially in this economy. We have put together a variety of programs and resources to help you secure that job you've had your eye on.

Job Coaches

Drop in and join us for a virtual screening where you can learn about local community services with job coaches who can help you get on track to finding your next job. The services they offer are free to ensure anyone is able to use them. We will be showing this video program on the big screen so you can enjoy it while remaining socially distanced. Limited seating is available. No registration is necessary.

Wednesday, September 22, 2-4pm

Enjoy this drop-in program that will give you the opportunity to meet with local career support agencies to learn about the services and resources they offer. They can help you develop a variety of skills so you can secure the job you're interested in. You will be able to ask questions, get information, and book an appointment with them if you'd like to work with them further. We will also be doing a live demonstration of our Brainfuse HelpNow database.

To prepare for your visit, learn about these different organizations by watching these short video interviews in advance of attending.

Brainfuse HelpNow provides live interactive online help combined with online resources to guide you through the necessary tasks to get a job. With their Write a Winning Resume live online help and various other Career Resources, Brainfuse is a one-stop shop to help you succeed in your job search.

 

Write a Winning Resume

Get live resume help. You can also use the Resume Lab, which allows you to send your resume to a HelpNow expert. They will review your resume and you will receive expert analysis within 24 hours. You can then connect with a LIVE resume expert to review and help you build a winning resume. Don't forget that you also have access to resume templates to help you get started in the "Adult Learners" section of Brainfuse.
