Thank you for applying for a BPL membership!

Barrie and Oro-Medonte Residents
If you live in Barrie or Oro-Medonte, you will be automatically approved for a Digital Library card. You should receive an email in a few minutes with your Digital Library card number. Your Digital Library card gives you access to our entire Digital Library collection of online resources, eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, streaming videos, and more. 

The first time you visit us in-person, bring your current ID with you to pick up your physical card. This will allow you to borrow physical items, like books, movies, musical instruments, and more. See our Locations. 

Work or Study in Barrie
If you work or study in the City of Barrie, you will need to come in to the library with your current ID before being issued a library card number. You should receive an email within a few minutes that will give you the next steps to follow.
