Ugly Love is a book written by Colleen Hoover. It follows the story of Miles Archer, a pilot who likes to keep his past a secret. Tate Collins, who moved in next door recently in her brother's apartment. The story shows how finding love is difficult and can even be messy. Although there was an undeniable mutual attraction, due to being her brother's friend and Miles being a “closed-off” person, they wouldn’t even consider themselves friends.Miles doesn’t want to find love and Tate doesn’t have time for it, but their connection is still very much there. The book dives into the ugly part of love, mostly the downs and the rollercoaster of emotions.  4/5

I really liked reading Ugly Love. I have heard many things about Colleen Hoover and decided to give another one of her books a try. Firstly, I think Colleen Hoover is one of the best authors out there. She never fails to write a great book and will leave you with many questions and feelings. It's always an adventure reading her books from start to finish. She is very detailed and knows how to create an amazing story. Another thing I liked about this book was the character development. From each character, Tate to Miles to even her brother. You can tell from the words on the book to even your imagination that the characters have changed. I also love how the side characters were written off. They fit well into the story and I found that they were vital for it to all go together.

I would recommend this book if you like romance and novels. The age group I would recommend it for would be 15 to 25.
