Ethan, Grade 12

Rating 4/5

The movie starts off with the new king of Wakanda king T’Challa freeing a truck of women to rescue an old friend of his, then he returns to Wakanda to take his place as king. Meanwhile the main villain Killmonger and Klaue are breaking into a museum to steal a weapon made from vibranium. After that Killmonger goes to Wakanda and challenges the new king T’Challa to a duel to the death to see who gets to be the king. After Killmonger wins the battle he takes the crown to rule Wakanda. T’Challa survives the fight and with the help from his sister and other Wakandan tribes he gets back and challenges Killmonger to another fight for the country.

This was a really good movie. It had very good music throughout the entire movie that really added to all the scenes. The script was very well put together and very entertaining to watch, and the actors played everything wonderfully. One thing though is that I thought it took a while in the beginning for me to really get into the movie and I only got into it when T’Challa was first defeated. Something else is that I felt like some of the stuff that was happening in the movie was kinda happening out of nowhere, or that after the first defeat everything just goes well for T’Challa. Overall though it was an amazing movie to watch and really engaging  to watch through.

This is definitely something that I would recommend to someone. It is a really good superhero movie and something that people can watch if they are a diehard fan of superheroes or just someone who wants to watch a movie. It is not something that is really for one kind of audience, it is a movie that everyone could enjoy no matter their age or interest in superheroes.
