The City of Barrie's annual I Love Barrie contest is back! Elementary school students are invited to share why Barrie is a wonderful place to live, grow and learn, for a chance to win great prizes.
Primary Students (K-Grade 3) and Junior Students (Grades 4-6) are asked to submit artwork or a photo; Intermediate Students (Grades 7-8) are invited to submit a short story up to 300 words. The contest closes March 5.
One winner will be chosen from each level. The three (3) winners will each receive:
- I Love Barrie prize pack
- Their names published online and in The Barrie Advance
- The opportunity to present their winning entry at a Barrie City Council meeting (virtually)
- A chance to join the Kool FM and Rock 95 Morning Shows.
