Beginning Monday July 27, Express Service at both locations will be expanded to offer Contactless Pick Up of item holds in the library entrance areas. Our staff are ready to welcome our community and provide individualized service to help select requested books and materials, assist in placing holds or in accessing our digital library. Computer stations can be booked, on a first-come, first served basis for 30 minute sessions. Express Service is offered during select hours, 7 days a week with our outdoor return slots open 24/7.
Express Service hours - Downtown and Painswick locations:
- Monday 10am-4pm
- Tuesday to Thursday 1-7pm
- Friday 10am-4pm
- Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm
Please note that the use of our facilities will be limited to the lobby areas, washrooms will remain closed. We are actively preparing to expand the use of our spaces but need to implement safety protocols to ensure an enjoyable, safe experience for everyone.
