After playing Spider-Man: Miles Morales, I rate it a strong 5/5. I’m Jacob and from the perspective of a 9th grader who has grown up with household superheroes like Iron Man, Spider-Man: Miles Morales provides a quality breath of fresh air.

To begin, Spider-Man Miles Morales has everything you could wish for in a game, ranging from a breathtaking recreation of New York City, stunning graphics, action-packed gaming, and a truly spectacular story. The game is a sequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man, which is focused on a mixed teen named Miles exploring his new life as a second Spider-Man. The game begins shortly after the original Spider-man has temporarily entrusted New York’s safety to Miles as he is on a much-needed vacation. Miles is still figuring out the ins and outs of being a superhero when an all-out war for New York between an energy company and an army of criminals with dangerous technology breaks out. Miles must make sacrifices and learn what it truly means to be a superhero to save his newly found home in New York.

The gameplay matches the rich story in quality with exceptionally thought-out traversal systems, state-of-the-art fighting systems that anyone can quickly pick up with little to no effort, and a soundtrack that will give you goosebumps. However, if you desire a more complex and challenging game, there is a difficulty slider to match your needs. With 20-25 hours of gameplay, this game can quickly be completed and enjoyed thoroughly when borrowed.

Overall, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a sensational game anyone can enjoy in their spare time, and I recommend it without a second thought!
