To be considered for promotion or distribution in a library location, on our Digital Screens or this Community Bulletin Board, your submission must:

Promote or describe a public educational, recreational or cultural event or initiative that is sponsored by municipal partners, social agencies or community-based non-profit, non-partisan groups AND be relevant to and take place in Barrie
Be presented in a professional manner; Nothing handwritten will be accepted
- Print material: 8.5" x 11"
- Electronic files: JPG or PNG, 1920X 1080
- Flyer, brochures or pamphlets
Not violate Canadian laws or library policies and procedures
Not advocate a religious, political or partisan position or promote commercial groups
Be available in one of Canada’s two official languages
Material will be approved, posted, displayed or available for distribution at the discretion of Library Staff
