We're busy working on getting you an extensive variety of vendors and artists for BPL Comic Fest 2024, a fun family focused event!

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer vendor in the market space or artist alley at the Barrie Public Library's Comic Fest. We anticipate 500+ guests, predominantly families with children.

Please note: completing this form does not guarantee vendor status for the event. We strive to find a balance to provide BPL Comic Fest attendees with the most diverse variety of merchandise, collectibles, artwork, etc. Approved vendors will be contacted.

If selected as a vendor

You may be assigned as a merchant or to the artist alley.

Set Up

Please note that the Library will be available for vendor table set up at 9:00am on the day of the event. Tables must be fully set up by 10:00 a.m. Library staff will review your display prior to 10:00 a.m. to ensure it meets our family-friendly criteria. The Library provides a table and 1 chair. Electricity is not provided. Public internet is provided, quality of connectivity is not guaranteed.
