Vendor Registration Form

We're busy working on getting you an extensive variety of vendors and artists for BPL Comic Fest 2023, a fun family focused event!  

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer vendor in the market space or artist alley at the Barrie Public Library's Comic Fest happening on Saturday, September 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We anticipate 500+ guests, predominantly families with children.

I agree that by submitting this application:

I am committing myself and/or my business/organization to the date, time, and location indicated above, and will be present at the indicated location for the full duration of the event.

I acknowledge that sales are not guaranteed and that the Library will not be responsible for any items, sales or cash drawers. 

I recognize this is a family-friendly, all ages event, and that all display items must be suitable for a General Audience with no adult content. 

Solicitation of event participants is prohibited, as per our event guidelines and Patron Conduct Policy. Vendors are expected to pose for pictures free of charge and only when requested by a participant. 

I give my consent for picture/video to be taken at the events, and for those pictures/videos to be used by the Barrie Public Library for print and online promotional materials.
