Are you in an immediate crisis? See theHotlines webpage or Hotlines mobile app for phone numbers to call for immediate, professional help and advice.

Teen Health and Wellness is a resource for those seeking help or advice with important personal questions and life skills. All content is written to be relevant to high school-aged people. Article topics include physical, mental and sexual health, diversity, green living, nutrition, fitness and more.

What’s Inside

You can find concise articles written by qualified professionals in health, psychology and social issues. There are also real-life stories, advice and videos created by teens themselves. These relate to issues and situations experienced by these young people and how they coped with them.

All activities on this site are anonymous, which enables teens to explore issues important to them without fear or judgment.

All articles contain helpful accessibility features such as reading the article aloud and changing the language of the text on the screen.

If immediate assistance is needed, the Hotlines page or Hotlines mobile apps can direct people to relevant and local helpline services.
