In New Mutants a young girl was taken to a place that the person in charge called a hospital for young mutants. While there she was introduced to the four other kids that were put in the hospital and where taught to control their mutations. While at the hospital scary things start to happen to all of the other kids there and they start to see things, visions of things that happened to them in the past. Then things started to happen in real life. While this was happening the main character finds out that the place where they are is not a hospital, and the person in charge is trying to kill the new girl. So they escape and leave the “hospital”.
I didn't like the movie. There were many parts in it where it just didn't make sense, and many scenes that just didn't need to be in the film. I liked the X-men movies but this just felt like it was a different universe altogether. They made me leave the movie with more questions than answers, and didn't answer the questions very well when they were trying to answer some. Also this movie was classified as a horror movie, there were a couple of scenes that were a little scary but in my opinion not enough to be horror.
I don't know many people that I would recommend this movie to. I don't think many people will like it, unless they are young, but it's a little scary for some younger people. I don't think I will recommend this movie to people.
