Mario Party Superstars developed by Nintendo is a super fun and exciting game set up like a board game. To start, you choose from a variety of different maps like ‘Peach’s Birthday Cake’ or ‘Space Land’ each with their own difficulty and events that will occur as the game goes on. Players will take turns rolling the die and will begin to move across the board, this will lead them to land on different spaces where they can collect coins, trigger an event, brawl with another player, and more. After each player completes a roll, a mini game will start where players will compete for the chance to earn a star, this process will continue until you run out of time. The objective of this game is to be the one with the most stars by the end of the game, you can achieve this by winning mini games and playing smart. You will also have the chance to gain objects that you can use to move yourself farther ahead, or slow other players down.
This game is the perfect game to play with your family, friends, or even just by deli as you will have the choice to play against computer generated players, locally online, or with up to four players (including yourself). You have the option to adjust the game settings, like how long the round will last, what difficulty to play at, and the types of games you will play, all to make your experience fit best for you. You also get to choose from a variety of different characters to play as which add onto the excitement. I would rate this game a 5/5 because it is family friendly, and is a super fun game to play if you are competitive but also just want to have a good time playing some classic games.
