Discman Kits
Our Discman Kit is a portable CD player perfect for listening to music or audiobooks without the distraction of screens. Enjoy listening through headphones, your car's sound system, or just use it as a speaker. With two headphone jacks, you can even listen with a friend.
Each Discman Kit includes:
- A portable Discman with built-in speakers
- 1 pair of Adult headphones
- 1 pair of Junior headphones
- An audio splitter
- AUX cable and USB-C cable
- Charging block
- USB-C to USB converter
- Carrying case
How to Borrow
Discman Kits can be borrowed for up to three weeks. Limit of two “Library of Things” items per card holder. You can place Discman Kits on hold and choose to pick them up at any Barrie Public Library location.
How to Return
Discman Kits can be returned to any Barrie Public Library location during library hours of operation. While we no longer have late fees, if the item is damaged or lost a replacement fee of up to $168 will be charged to the borrower's account.
