Great news! Our Downtown Library is reopening at 12:00pm (noon) on Monday, December 18. We thank everyone for their patience as we worked to improve your library. 

As is typical with construction projects, we experienced some delays which extended the closure longer than expected. We took advantage of this time to complete some important projects!

2023 is coming to a close - and what a year it has been! We've compiled our top 10 most borrowed lists of 2023 for you to enjoy. 

Before we wrap up another chapter, we want to thank all of our donors, volunteers, community partners, patrons and followers. Together, we make a difference in the lives of the thousands of people who rely on Barrie Public Library.
