Scary season is upon us! Halloween is right around the corner and what better way to get in the spirit than with some spine-tingling reads? 

The last phase of the Downtown Library’s construction began on October 11. This final phase will complete the hardscape along Owen Street and the back of the library and is anticipated to wrap up mid-November.
