Writing your first business plan is a major step in putting your small business on the map.
In this session, we’ll cover an introduction to planning, the contents of a plan, Executive Summary, Company Overview, Marketing Strategy, and an introduction to the library’s market research tools.

In this session, we’ll cover Operations, Financials, Critical Path, and other library resources that can assist you with your business plan.
75 Ways to Save on Household Expenses – Wednesday, August 25, 6-7pm
Participants will gather tips on how to save on various household expenses including utilities, transportation, groceries & personal items. Participants may share their best practices with the group.
