LinkedIn Learning provides online video tutorials presented by experts to help you improve your business, creative, and technology skills. Formerly called Lynda.com, LinkedIn Learning has 16,000+ courses to choose from. Courses are available in English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Portuguese.
Register using your computer browser or by downloading the free app on your mobile device:
Mobile App Users: You will be asked for a Library ID or email when you log into the mobile app. Our Library ID is barrielibrary. Enter this as a response to either request.
Tips on Getting Started
- Visit the LinkedIn Learning login page, click “Get Started”, enter your library card information, and you’re good to go! *Tip: Bookmark this page for easy access next time!*
- You don’t need a LinkedIn profile to use LinkedIn Learning, but you can manually add your completed courses to your LinkedIn Profile to showcase your skills and education.
- When registering on LinkedIn Learning on a mobile device, use the library ID barrielibrary when asked for a Library ID or email.
- You can receive course recommendations tailored to you based on your interests and skills you’d like to gain or improve. When you’ve completed a course, you earn a certificate.
- If you were using Lynda.com previously, your learning history will be migrated over to your LinkedIn Learning profile.
