Literacy is fun for everyone! It’s as easy as reading a book together, sharing a nursery rhyme or singing a song.
Did you know that there are many other play-based ways of incorporating literacy in your everyday life? Some of our favourites include sharing interactive stories, using our imaginations to create or perform a show, or doing activities together as a family.
If you’re looking for some inspiration, check out our Events Calendar for a week filled with literacy-based fun, or check out some great books on our Family Literacy Day Reading List.
