As part of the City of Barrie's Social Support Task Force, the Barrie Public Library is helping our community deal with the impacts of COVID-19. We have established a central communication hub for social agencies who are working to meet the needs of our community.
The hub will be used to connect social agencies with local businesses who have items for donation. Donations may include non-perishable food, cleaning supplies, toiletries, or other practical sundries. Donations will be listed on the communication hub allowing social agencies who require those items to receive them.
Businesses with donations and local social agencies can connect through the communication hub by emailing connect@barrielibrary.ca or by calling 705-728-1010 option #4.
Together we can help provide care for those in our community who are in greatest need.
