Here we go! Superheroes of all shapes and capes are returning to the Downtown Library on Saturday, September 13 for BPL Comic Fest. Taking place from 10am to 3pm, the festival celebrates pop culture in Barrie, with 40+ local vendors and artists, and activities for all ages.
Highlights for our youngest superheroes include Character Meet and Greets with Mario and Iron Man, drop-in crafts, face painting, Big Screen Gaming, Balancing Robots, and more!
Our main floor will feature 40+ local vendors, including visual artists, local authors, jewellery makers, crochet artists, candle makers, and much more. Find unique pieces to add to your collection or pick up a gift for someone special in your life!
The main floor will also have tons of fun for teens and adults, including drawing lessons with Upchuckle Entertainment, Dungeons & Dragons Drop-in, as well as two inflatable games to explore - Inflatable Zombie Attack, and Inflatable Hover Ball Archery.
Show off your costume with our 360 Around U photo booth, which will be onsite from 11am to 2pm.
