March 2 - Frankie Flowers at the Five Points Theatre

Come and learn how low-impact strategies that are easy on the environment, your body, and your budget, can create amazing, high-output gardens that are interesting, attract wildlife and bring you joy!

Arrive early for your chance to meet Frankie and mingle with local garden and environmental groups too.

March 4 - Seedy Saturday at the Downtown Library

Join us for Seedy Saturday on March 4th!  Talk to local garden experts and seed companies for tips on how to get your garden growing. 

The day will feature amazing speakers from 11am-2 pm in our Gathering Place located at the Downtown library.  Be sure to come by to learn more from expert gardeners about pollinators and how to build a better garden. 

Keynote Speakers

  • 11am-12pm: The Importance of Pollinators with Gwen Petreman
  • 12-12:30pm: Lightning Talks with vendors from our Garden Expo 
  • 12:30-1pm: - Organic Seeds pre-recorded talk with Seeds of Diversity
  • 1–2pm – Secrets to a Better Garden with Simcoe County Master Gardeners

For the Kids

  • 10-10:30am: Seedy Saturday Storytime
  • 10am-2pm: Kids Seed Craft &
  • 10am-2pm: Terrarium Love (all ages)
