Have you ever wanted to write a novel? Are you looking for a fun challenge to push yourself to finish your next book? We are partnering with SIX other libraries in the area to bring you Simcoe NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month)!

NaNoWriMo 101
Tuesday, Oct. 25, 10-10:30am - Online (Pre-recorded)
Join Sara, a 20-time NaNoWriMo participant, as she explains what NaNoWriMo is, who can participate (everyone!), and the benefits of accepting this writing challenge. 

Out of Your Comfort Zone: How to Make the Most of Author Events
Tuesday, Nov. 7, 7-8pm - Downtown and Online 
One of the most effective ways to sell books is face-to-face. Learn from Colleen Winter how to find events, optimize your set up, engage readers, and sell books. Registration required; this program is being offered both in-person at our Downtown Library (60 Worsley Street) and online through Zoom

Simcoe NaNoWriMo Write-In
Wednesday, Nov. 16, 7-8pm - Online (Zoom) 
Come and virtually meet other Wrimos to get ideas, talk about your novels, run writing sprints, or just write. Join a different library each week and meet other Wrimos in the County! *Registration required.
