Have you ever wanted to write a novel? Are you looking for a fun challenge to push yourself to finish your next book? We are partnering with other libraries in the area to bring you Simcoe NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month)!

Join Sara, a 20-time NaNoWriMo participant, as she explains what NaNoWriMo is, who can participate (everyone!), and the benefits of accepting this harrowing writing challenge. 

Simcoe NaNoWriMo Write-In
Sunday, Nov. 26, 2-4pm – Gathering Place 

Come and meet other Wrimos to get ideas, talk about your novels, run writing sprints, or just write. Join in at different Simcoe County Libraries to meet other Writers in your community! 

Storytelling For Children and Youth Panel
Wednesday, Nov. 29 7-8:30pm
Join a panel of 4 local Children’s authors to discuss the best ways to engage your audience of young readers. Award winning, local author Colleen Winter will be facilitating.
