It’s official - our Holly Community Library will be opening on Friday, August 5!! We are beyond excited to open our doors and invite our community in.
The Holly Community Library is a ‘boutique’ library space, with over 30,000 popular titles for kids, teens and adults, magazines, DVDs, a meeting room, computers, printing, and more.
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you will find a world of discovery and opportunity in our bright new space.
Located at 555 Essa Road in the Food Basics plaza, this location provides convenient library services to a previously underserved area of the city. Stop in to check us out when you’re getting groceries, heading to the Peggy Hill Team Community Centre, or just biking by!

- MON - THURS: 9:30am - 9:00pm
- FRI - SUN: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Want a tour? Sign up online to book a time slot, we would love to show you around. You can also drop in whenever is convenient for you.
Need a library card? You can sign up online to get a Digital Library Card, or visit us in person to borrow physical items like books and DVDs. Be sure to bring a piece of photo ID with you.
