14 April 2022:
cloudLibrary users should now be able to read eBooks in their web browser again. Apologies for the delay and please let us know if you encounter any other eBook issues.

cloudLibrary users are currently unable to read eBooks in a web browser. It looks like all public libraries are having the same problem and it should be fixed in a day or two.

In the meantime, all other methods for reading an e-book should still work:

  • Reading in the cloudLibrary mobile app
  • Downloading an eBook to a computer and reading in Adobe Digital Editions or copying to a Kobo
  • Audiobooks can still be listened to in a web browser

If you want to know more about how to read eBooks using methods you haven't tried before, take a look at the cloudLibrary Online Tutorial.
