Alison Schroeder
Director, Customer Experience
Alison is responsible for supervision and management of the public facing services of the library including circulation, information service, public use of facilities, programming, outreach and Information Barrie. She implements, monitors, evaluates and enhances library services to ensure they meet the public's needs and the strategic goals of the library.

Luke McKee
Manager, Downtown and Virtual Services
Luke oversees customer experiences relating to public spaces at the Downtown Library and via Virtual Services. Virtual Services includes email, chat, phone and digital interactions within the Barrie and Oro-Medonte communities. Duties include staff and facilities management, health and safety, and ensuring strategic directions for Downtown and Virtual Services are met.
